[Anthill] Send emails to people who checked in

AnthillOS allows us to configure who users who should receive email when
a build fails.
I dont know, if all the users specified in configuration receive email when
the build
fails or is it just the users who checkin the code during that iteration. I
would guess,
all the users since there is no configuration where we can map VSS-loginname
to UserEmail
(like they have in CruiseControl).

If that is so, is there a way to configure Anthill OS to send emails to
_only_ those
people who checked in the code and the build broke.
