[Anthill] cvs verifymsg question

Hi Rob, Eric,

Thanks for your responses.  About an hour after I posted my question I 
had one of those slap-yourself-on-the-forehead moments of clarity and 
simply allowed the Anthill commit message pass the verifymsg validation, 
just like Rob suggests.
