[Anthill] Projects stuck in the build queue

You may want to run the same CVS log command that Anthill gets stuck on 
from the command line.  Sometimes, it is CVS that gets stuck on 
something while it's waiting on a lock.

It is doubtful that the deadlock occurs someplace in the log parsing 
code since it is accessed only by a single thread, and we've never heard 
of a deadlock being reported before.
