[Anthill] Unable to run Example project

I have seen mention of this in the archives, but not a resolution.

I am running IIS 5.0 on a Win2K server, and running Tomcat.

I am succeeding in getting Tomcat running, and the Anthill main page
coming up.

As per the instructions, I logged into the CVS repository, and did the
login thing. Seems okay.

I go to the CVS_Anthill-Example project, and click "build". Check "force
build", then press the Build button.

After about a second, I am returned to the main Anthill page (although
the URL in the location box now reads
"http://...:8081/anthill/BuildProjectStepTwoServlet"). When I look in
the logs, they're always emtpy.

So it's not outputting anything-for some reason, not even trying.
