[Anthill] Unable to run Example project

Chris,
I'm not too familiar with how Tomcat runs under IIS. You might want to
start out just running it from its batch file to start with. There are a
few tricks when Tomcat runs as a service. If you still have problems,
you can check the standard out in the tomcat window and see if there are
errors being reported there. Often when the logs are blank, that's the
place to check.
Let us know how it goes,
