Are you using CVS?
I actually brought up a similar issue a couple of days ago. It seems that
the problem is around the point where anthill is doing a "cvs log" and
parsing the results in order to either determine if a build is necessary or
to generate the revision log (your case seems to be the latter) It's likely
that the CVS log command doesn't return or doesn't complete properly.
I am keeping an eye on our builds for the next time this happens. It's weird
how we used to get this every day and now, ever since I posted about it,
everything is running smoothly...
