[Anthill] ANN: Anthill 1.7.0 is Now Available

Erik,

   I'm afraid that it doesn't. This fix relates to the batch files we've
provided to make building Anthill itself easier for those interested in
doing so. I don't think this improvement has been made yet, but I'll double
check for you.
