[Anthill] Anthill is overwriting Log4j settings in a Container

This is a log4j problem, but only if you are running an appserver that
uses log4j as well and doesn't fork a new VM for each webapp (e.g.
JBoss). Just remove the root category definition in Anthill's log4j
config so that it doesn't stomp on the root category definition in your
appserver's log4j definition.
