[Anthill] CVS pserver not intalled error

Hello all,
 
I am attemting to get an existing build process up and running within Anthill
OS.  I have a build project within CVS that gets checked fine upon initiation
of the build.  Within that is the build.xml that then does some additional
checkouts from the same CVS respository, just different modules.  For each of
those subsequent checkouts I get the following error.....
      [cvs] cvs [export aborted]: the :pserver: access method is not
installed on this system

My anthill is running on Tomcat 5.0.19 on XP pro.  CVS is running on a HP-UX.
If I check out via command line or some other interface all is well.  I
suspect that it may have something to do with the way the build command is
being executed.  Also, Tomcat is running as a sevice under my user/pwd, so
this shouldn't be the issue.
 
Any help or thoughts, much appreciated.
