[Anthill] CVS pserver not intalled error

Randy,

I'm not sure what could be causing this.  I know that there are 
difficulties sometimes when running Anthill as a service on Windows 
simply because CVS can not find the user home directory then.  But it 
does not sound like that is what's going on here.

It's kind of unusual to be doing a checkout of additional modules from 
within your build script.  Doing so goes against the whole "controlled 
build process" idea behind Anthill.  If the reason for doing this is 
because the additional CVS modules are used to produce dependencies 
required by your project, then you should look into using Anthill 
dependencies to solve this problem.
