[Anthill] Getting Exit Code 13 when using PVCS to do automated build

Scott,

I'm not sure what the error about the project root being in use by 
another user means?  I have not seen this error before and I'm not sure 
exactly what set of circumstances would cause lead to this error.  Is it 
possible that running the same command from the command line is somehow 
interfering with Anthill running that command?  Are you running Anthill 
as a service?  If so, what user account are you using to run Anthill? 
Make sure that when you run the command from the command line, you run 
it as exactly the same user that is running Anthill.
