[Anthill] CVS driver problem

Ah... okay, yeah, the service is running as a system account. I'll see what
I can do about running tomcat as another user.

Cool.

Another thing to consider, since I notice other similar CVS questions in the
archive, is using a 100% java CVS implementation. I realize Anthill supports
a lot of other version control systems, but I would bet plain vanilla CVS is
a large percentage.
