[Anthill] Avoiding complete checkout for each build

Howdy Chad :-)

I was under the impression that this was/is the default activity. 

The email build log says:
INFO - Cleanup - IGNORED - Running a incremental build.

And I recall seeing a setting for how many incrementals between clean
builds, and the option to force a clean build.

Am I smoking crack? Is this just an AnthillPro feature?
