[Anthill]-Odd behavior running on W-2K

I am running Anthill OS 1.7.0.162 under tomcat, on a win2K server.  

I recently upgraded from 1.6.3 to 1.7.0.162 and it began to demonstrate this odd behavior.  If I'm using a browser (IE 6.0.2800.1106) from my other system, during the automated refresh, it points the browser to 'localhost', instead the name of the server it's on.  Therefore, the page is not found.

Of course, from the anthill server, you don't notice the issue.  I don't have this problem with my linux server, since it's still running version 1.6.3.
