[Anthill] Trailing Spaces Bug?

Hi All,

I got bitten by the trailing spaces in Project Properties yesterday, 
and I did some googling and found that others had the same problem.  I 
have found the source of the problem, and I am willing to submit a 
patch if this is the proper arena to do it in.  Is this "feature" a 
desired function?  I can't really think of any reason to allow pre/post 
property spaces...

As far as I can tell it's a one liner in AnthillPropertiesUpdateServlet.
