[Anthill] Unknown host cvs2.urbancode.com

Hi,

I have just recently installed Anthill, and I have successfully deployed it
to my servlet container (I am using Tomcat).
I am following the instructions in the Anthill user manual, but I cannot
seem to connect to the CVS repository, as described in the manual:

cvs -d:pserver:anthill-example at cvs2.urbancode.com:/usr/local/anthill-test
login
(Logging in to anthill-example at cvs2.urbancode.com)
CVS password:
Unknown host cvs2.urbancode.com.

What could be causing this problem?
