[Anthill] Format of version file

Sushmita,

Sure, at the project edit level, you'll want to change the 
anthill.version.adapter setting from 
com.urbancode.anthill.adapter.ProjectPropertyFileVersionAdapter to 
com.urbancode.anthill.adapter.UrbanCodeVersionAdapter and submit. Once 
you've done that, you can go back in and specify the file.
