[Anthill] Build code when something changes in the source cod e repository

Is it possible to set up a CVS watch and have that kick-off a build? I
know that watches and Eclipse are tightly coupled so that as soon as you
start editing a watched file, CVS is notified, but I wonder if there's a
way to throttle this back, and if Anthill knows anything about it? For
my team, 30 minute build cycles are fine, but just wondering if the
capability is there...
