[Anthill] Point to ant 1.6 instead of 1.5

Yes - I just moved the anthill libraries into the anthill-distribution under
ant1.6 and pointed to it.  I did have to put it in the top level.
 
I don't remember what I had to do to get unit testing to work - but it
eventually did.

Hi,

I am using anthill OS 1.7.1.212. I would like to point to ant 1.6.2 instead
of the default ant 1.5.1. Has anyone been able to do this successfully? It
seems like anthill does not like ant 1.6. Any suggestions?
