[Anthill] Ant 1.6 instead of 1.5

I checked the issue tracker and AnthillOS-217 is listed as a low
priority improvement. Is there an ETA on this? Is there any way that
priority can be bumped up? I really don't want to have to use cc and I
have build scripts that make use of the <import> Ant 1.6 task.
