[Anthill] Exception in sending mail from Anthill OS

hi 

i get an exception when i configure Anthill OS to send mail .
the exception is like this :

javax.mail.Sendfailedexception: Could not connect to SMTP host: localhost
port25 .

nested exception is 

java.net.connectexception : Connection refused.

Any changes to be done in my config files???
how to get this working ???
