[Anthill] Using PVCSRepositoryAdaptor, getting PCLI error

Hello,
       I am trying to use the PVCSRepositoryAdaptor after successfully
integrating my build script with Anthill using the
FileSystemRepositoryAdaptor. I am getting the following error in the build
logs...

The <pvcs> task doesn't support the nested "pcli" element.

I have included the pvcsbin parameter in all of the <PVCS> tasks in the
build script and also added it in my system env variables. I have also added
the PVCS \bin folder in the classpath and the system PATH. I have also tried
to do a SET pvcsbin=C:\progra~1\merant\....\bin in my Web Logic Server start
up cmd script.

Nothing seems to work. Please help
