[Anthill] Automated builds for Dependency projects

Guys,

I have two projects in my dependency group "MyGroup" - Project A and
Project B where Project B is dependent on Project A.  Now it seems that
Anthill is building Project B at specified regular intervals even though
no changes have been checked in. it goes through the notion of checking
out files for Project A and checking if a build is required or not.
Nothing has changed in project A so it does not build the project.
However it always builds project B regardless of whether any changes
have been check in or not. Is this is a known problem in dependencies
and is yes how can I avoid this?
