[Anthill] Executing PCLI using PVCSRepositoryAdaptor

Hello,
       I am trying to use the PVCSRepositoryAdaptor after successfully
integrating my Ant build script with Anthill using the
FileSystemRepositoryAdaptor. I am getting the following error in the build
logs...

The <pvcs> task doesn't support the nested "pcli" element.

I have tried several suggestions that I could find in the archives and
included the "pvcsbin" parameter in all of the <PVCS> tasks in the build
script and also added it as a system environment variable on my system. I
have also added the PVCS "\bin" folder in the classpath and the system PATH.
I have also tried to do a SET pvcsbin=C:\progra~1\merant\....\bin in my Web
Logic Server start up cmd script.

None of the above helped. Am I missing something?
