[Anthill] Executing PCLI using PVCSRepositoryAdaptor

Hi,

May I ask why you need to be using the <pvcs> ant task? Anthill should 
be able to take care of the PVCS work internally. Hopefully your ant 
script would just be responsible for building already checked out code.
