[Anthill] Build NOT required & NTDVM Problem

Nitin,

I think I actually saw a similar issue with an AnthillPro customer. I 
can't find any notes on what we did to resolve it though. If my memory 
is correct, he is still running in an Windows 2003 Server environment.

May I  ask if you're running your servlet container as a service or if 
you are firing it up manually? My gut is there's an issue with the 
default service user. If you are running as a service, you might try 
starting it up manually as your own user.
