[Anthill] Checkout error with StarTeam

Hello, I'm getting this error while using Anthill:

Anthill version 1.7.0.162

Retrieving project files: FAILED to build project.  Message: ProfileAdapter checkout failed: 'stcmd' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

I've looked all over for this "stcmd" but can't find it. Any ideas?
