[Anthill] Checkout error with StarTeam

Robert,

Just to sanity check the switches, you might try running the same 
command yourself. If it works, then we'll go see what Anthill is doing 
differently. If it doesn't, a call to Borland might not be a bad idea. 
Alternatively, you may be able to remove the -x option (I'm not sure 
what the side effects are) by editing 
conf\profiles\Win32\win_starteam\getRevisionsSince.pgl or the matching 
Unix file. I believe you would also need to remove the corresponding 
files in the pagelets directory.
