[Anthill] Scheduled builds problem

I am running scheduled builds, twice a day, for all my
projects. However, if nothing changes in a project, it
does not build it. My projects are all stored in MS
Visual SourceSafe. Is there any way to make it so that
it runs no matter what (besides actually forcing a
build manually)? I want them to build because my
projects depend upon each other, so I need everything
to build to see if anything has been broken. Thanks in
advance for any help!
