[Anthill] Timestamped build versions for Anthill OS.

That's a high possibility, since I built it at 8pm before I left and
nothing probably happened until 1am.
I would have expected it to build regardless of there was a change
or not--or at least give me an email to that effect. Knowing that there
were no changes in the last X hours is good, too. Is that something
that can be configured or turned on in Anthill OS?
