[Anthill] CVS Changes Collection

My project builds but does not seem to be collecting information from
CVS regarding changes. I suspect that this is also why the project seems
to rebuild even when there are no changes.  CVS is logging to my web
server (Jboss) instead of to a file it seems like.

Is there something I am missing from my reads of the documentation?
