[Anthill] Anthill OS misses cvs directories

Hi,

I encounter this issue intermittently. When anthill
retrieves the source code from cvs, some of the source
code directory on the local machine do not get the cvs
directory in them. Evidently, during the build
process, anthill doesn't consider these directories to
be part of source control and doesn't apply a tag or
show the change log. Is this a known issue? Or am I
missing some configuration? 

The cvs checkout command I have in
anthill/conf/profiles/Win32/win_cvs/getWorkingProject.pgl
is: cvs -d <%= cvsroot%> checkout -P
-A<%=branchString%> <%=module%>

My environment:
OS on anthill machine: Win2k
ServletContainer: tomcat 5.0.28
cvs server: 1.11.5
wincvs client version: 1.2
anthill version: 1.8.0.264
