[Anthill] Updated documentation?

Varban,

I'm not even sure where to begin.  I've successfully (I think) created
my project and pointed it at Subversion; I'm getting a successful
checkout to my build directory when I attempt to build the project. 
However, things stop there.  I'm not getting a log generated by
anthill; I got one, yesterday afternoon, but it was completely empty. 
Nothing since then.

I can't work with the example projects given as I don't have CVS. 
Running everything on Windows XP SP2, Tomcat 5.5, Subversion 1.2.3.  I
have not configured anything as far as mail goes as I don't have an
SMTP host I can point at.
