[Anthill] Anthill install problem

I am trying to install anthill on a unix box.

 

I know when you hit anthill for the first time it wants to setup the
anthill home directory by specifiying the absolute path to the anthill
install.  I also know that it tries to create an anthill.properties file
in the users home directory.  Do you know the cause of the following
exception I am getting while trying to set the anthill home?  It says
permission denied which leads me to belive that the user permissions are
not correct but before I go down that route I wanted to see if that is
really the cause of my error?
