[Anthill] Scheduled builds

Anthill scheduled builds do not work properly if the time is too short.  If
I recall from your original post (which you should really include) you were
setting it to 2 minutes.  In my experience it needs to be set to at least 30
minutes to work.

Builds do not happen even when there have been changes to the 
repository.  Manual builds work fine and detect the new commits. -Matt
