[Anthill] Cannot connect to cvs2.urbancode.com

I went ahead and uploaded the latest and greatest. You can get them here:

As a heads up, if you're running Linux, you'll need to set the Ant 
executable permissions to execute. You'll find those under the lib 
directory for now.

CVS seems to be working fine for us, I'll try and see if I can figure 
out what's going on.
