[Anthill] anthill OS new schedule does not work

Hello:
   I installed anthill OS 1.8.0.264 on my solaris server. I created my own project and 
used the default schedule to run my project. Everything works fine. Problems occured
when I created  my own schedule, the project does not build following the new schedule
(I submit new changes to the CVS repository).
   I searched this issue on the internet, do I have to restart tomcat every time to make the new schedule work?
