[Anthill] ant issues: can't read properties file,
exec task doesn't work

Error 2 on windows is File Not Found. Looks like you have a couple of
files that Anthill isn't finding. Perhaps these are both working directory
woes. Does this command work from the commandline if you run the build
file from a different directory?
