[Anthill] ant issues: can't read properties file, exec task
doesn't work

Eric and I looked into the problem more deeply yesterday and I we have a
fix that may solve your problem without your having to hardcode paths. I
should be able to get that out to you after I finish tying up a few
loose ends.
