[Anthill] Anthill root directory

Dan,

Being in a war file, Anthill needs to drop a breadcrumb in some known 
location that will point it towards the its install directory. The 
approach is to drop a .anthill.<context>.properties file in the home 
directory of the user it is running as and have the contents of that 
file point it to the installation directory. Is it possible to create a 
home directory for your webadmin user?
