[Anthill] user manual for anthill 1.8.0

Dabiri,

I hadn't stopped by the Anthill OS archives in a while. Does look like 
there's something wrong in the publishing there. The list is still active.

As far as the manual is concerned, there hasn't been an update to it in 
a while. The UI has been fairly consistent over the last revisions 
though so the manual that is out there should cover most of the bases.
