[Anthill] user manual for anthill 1.8.0

Rick,

Fair enough, and feel free to complain. The manual is quite old. I guess
what I was trying to say was that it wasn't a bad place to start. On the
dependency side, we should probably include the build scripts from the
example dependency projects in the docs. Seeing how it is implemented
goes a long way there. For users who don't have CVS and can't checkout
the example projects, that might be helpful. These days though, the list
is probably the best source of help.

I just spent 3-4 hours figuring out how to get the dependency stuff working. Of course since it is open source and I should not complain unless I am ready to do something about it. But do I think the reality is that a majority of Anthill users would agree that the documentation is out of date and inadequate.
