[Anthill] Anthill thinks the build succeeded when it really failed.

I am having a problem where my build fails but anthill still thinks that
the build succeeded.
 
I get the email
 
With subject 
 
ArteisContinuous 3.0.70 build succeeded
 
And the repository gets tagged.  If you look at the build log you can
clearly see that the build failed.
 
Continuous:
 
BUILD FAILED
C:\anthill\work\arteis\build.xml:319: Tests Failed
 
Total time: 1 minute 50 seconds
 
Anyone have any Ideas?
