[Anthill] Anthil 1.8 on Resin 2.1.15 - failure to run ivy...

Never used Ivy, but have had no trouble with anthill 1.6, 1.7, or 1.8 
under resin versions 2.1.11, 2.1.14, and 2.1.16.
