[Anthill] run ant script without pulling files from VSS

Joel,

It would be a bit of a hack, but you could set a second project up with the
File System driver and use Anthill's working directory for your main project
as that driver's "source repository".

My standard 'Use the working directory' disclaimer:
We consider Anthill's working directories to be internal to the application
and future versions might move the working directories to another location.
You would need to update your settings in that case.
