[Anthill] Build hangs

Hi, 
 
I wrote earlier about problem with Version file. Well, I faked it for now,
creating a folder where anthill is looking for the file. But now I'm getting
another problem - the build just hangs on the ant script execution (on the
line, which I selected with bold)

All that the build.xml ant script does is echoing "Test", and works
completely fine when called from command line.
Operating system is Windows2003
App server is Tomcat 5.5
