[Anthill] Changing Version File location and build script location

Hi Anup,

you still can specify the path of the build script relative to the 
project path, even if the build script is outside of the project, just 
use the ../ notation.

I do not think this approach will work with the version file because 
Anthill will try to commit the file and the build will fail. You could, 
however, use the  ProjectPropertyFileVersionAdapter that will store the 
version in the Anthill registry.
