[Anthill] project won't leave build queue

I think I figured it out.  It seems that there were multiple instances
of ss.exe (for Visual Source Safe) running on the server.  After killing
all the processes, I built a project and it completed successfully.  

I'm not sure why this happened, but at least I found a way to fix it.

Can you try and queue another project and see if it starts building?
Was that project part of a dependency group, or maybe a group itself?
