[Anthill] Dependency Question

Hi Joe,

I ran AnthillOS with the registry you send me and I created a new 
dependency group like the one you used and everything seems fine. I also 
changed all projects to use the stopped schedule and modified the 
default schedule to run every 2 minutes so I won't have to wait that 
long. The projects ran and failed according to the schedule. I was 
looking to see if maybe there was a problem with the scheduler, but you 
said that the regular projects ran fine according to the schedule. I 
can't think of anything else that could be causing this.
