[Anthill] Updated CommonsExecute

Andy,

When you replaced the jar, did you rebuild the anthill.war file or 
replace the jar in your current anthill.war in some other fashion?

It occurred to me that I did not explain in my original post that the 
jar in anthill.war needs to be replaced, whether through replacing in 
the source and rebuilding or unzipping the war and dropping it in.
